Desktop Support Specialist

Encore Talent Solutions is currently seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to provide end-user support across their organization. The ideal candidate will deliver technical support for various systems and ensure an exceptional user experience through proactive problem-solving and high-quality service.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for Windows 10/11 and Mac iOS systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
Support and administer Microsoft Teams, including collaboration features, troubleshooting, and user onboarding
Deliver O365 support (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint) and resolve issues related to email, productivity, and collaboration tools
Provide timely and efficient email support, ensuring seamless communication across platforms
Utilize ServiceNow to track, manage, and resolve incidents, service requests, and escalate issues as required
Maintain accurate documentation of troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and recurring issues to improve efficiency

Required

Proven experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Mac iOS environments

Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality, user-friendly support
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
