Responsibilities
Develop, train, and implement corporate and field compliance programs to meet legal and industry requirements
Conduct regular audits and assessments of engineering processes and products to identify and mitigate compliance risks
Investigate and resolve technical compliance issues, recommending process or product modifications as needed
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including test results, compliance reports, and certifications
Serve as a liaison with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders, keeping the company informed on emerging regulations and safety standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
Current Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and/or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) credentials
15–20 years of experience in corporate health and safety programs related to architecture, engineering, and construction
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Preferred
Master's degree in a STEM field
