Responsibilities

Internal Project Leadership: Partner with the Project Manager (PM) and collaborate with Design, Learning Experience Design (LXD), Audio, Dev, Engineering, and Quality Assurance (QA) teammates from project kickoff through final delivery

Workflow Coordination: Manage and drive the daily activities of cross-functional teams, including Design, Audio, Development, Engineering, and Quality Assurance

Resource Management: Act as a central point of coordination between the project manager and production departments to ensure optimal resource allocation

Timeline Management: Proactively monitor project plans and timelines, ensuring all milestones are met and taking directive action to resolve scheduling bottlenecks

Risk Mitigation: Identify potential production risks early and implement strategies to keep the project on track

Quality Assurance Oversight: Act as the first filter for production quality, ensuring all deliverables meet SweetRush standards before progressing to the next phase

Implementation Support: Facilitate technical delivery tasks, including coordinating LMS preparation and final asset packaging with the relevant technical experts
