Responsibilities
Identify and submit posting corrections and resolve cash application discrepancies through detailed analysis
Investigate and resolve customer billing issues, discrepancies, and payment disputes
Manage and analyze accounts receivable aging reports to reduce risk and improve collections
Prepare and present AR performance reports, including aging and collection forecasts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and improve the order-to-cash process
Support month-end close activities, including AR reconciliations and compliance reviews
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within AR
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable, financial analysis, or data analytics
Proven ability to take ownership, manage multiple priorities, and drive issue resolution
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
Experience interpreting complex datasets using statistical tools and DOE methods
Strong documentation and communication skills in a regulated R&D environment
Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
Experience using Google Workspace tools
Ability to analyze financial data and interpret reports
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
Experience in healthcare or In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry
Experience reading and interpreting contracts is a plus
