Responsibilities
Reports directly to the Sales Team Leads, who will train you closely in the first few weeks and be available there-after for support and regular meetings to review sales accomplishments and challenges
Selling Property and Casualty Insurance via inbound leads (no cold calling at all ever!)
Stay productive by taking outbound leads throughout the day and making time for follow ups and callbacks
Maintain all compliance requirements of the sales call and follow recommendations from call audits
Qualification
Required
Property and Casualty License Required
solid experience in customer service, call center, sales, or related experience
Excellent verbal skills
Organizational and time management skills
Motivated, ambitious and energetic
Basic computer knowledge
Preferred
