Responsibilities
Define and own the end-to-end AI solution architecture
Establish enterprise AI standards, guidelines, and Responsible AI frameworks
Build long-term technical vision for enterprise AI modernization programs
Identify AI platform modernization opportunities: Simplification, Scalability improvements, Risk-aware AI decisioning, Automation optimization
Lead requirement discovery, user story creation, and AI solution design
Design and implement cloud-native AI systems and data flows
Oversee model deployment, API integration, and LLM productionization
Conduct performance validation, security assessments, and system readiness reviews
Be hands-on in development, debugging, and troubleshooting complex AI challenges when needed
Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Strategy, and Cloud teams
Drive execution using Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and solution backlog prioritization
Provide technical mentorship and architecture guidance to AI/ML and engineering teams
Champion collaboration across enterprise stakeholders to ensure successful AI adoption
Qualification
Required
10+ Years (Enterprise Architecture + AI Programs)
Python + Enterprise AI Architecture (LLM Niche)
Extensive expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), AI frameworks, and enterprise AI strategy
Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, or similar)
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and Agent-based automation
Prompt Engineering Techniques: Zero-shot, One-shot, Few-shot prompting, Chain-of-Thought (CoT), Prompt design and optimization
Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP)
Autoencoders and model optimization
Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs)
Deep learning fundamentals
Experience architecting and deploying AI solutions on multi-cloud platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud
AI Services Integration: AWS AI services (Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, etc.), Azure AI services (OpenAI Service, AI Search, Functions, etc.), Google Cloud AI tools and SDKs
Cloud-native AI pipeline design, scalable deployment, and secure model hosting
Kubernetes/Docker exposure for AI workloads is a plus
Python (Primary) – Enterprise-scale AI and automation development
Experience building AI solutions using Python, C, or equivalent languages
Expertise with Python AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar)
Enterprise-level solution design, architecture governance, and standards definition
Ability to translate business problems into scalable AI system designs
Strong experience leading design reviews, architecture alignment, and AI governance
Ownership of AI reference architecture and best-practice frameworks
