Prepares/reviews procurement documentation

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's in a relevant field or recognized procurement certification (see above)

Minimum 8 years of relevant public procurement experience

At least 2 projects involving diverse procurement categories (goods, works, services)

Experience under at least 2 donor frameworks (MCC, WB, ADB, AfDB); experience with contract admin/monitoring

In-depth understanding of procurement processes and contract management

Document drafting, evaluation, and reporting

Familiarity with international procurement standards

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Fluency in English; competency in Microsoft Office
