Feldman Automotive is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join their team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and maximizing sales revenue for the dealership.

Manage and direct the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives

Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded

Train and coach sales representatives to improve their performance and sales skills

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase dealership revenue

Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and streamline processes

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
