Responsibilities
Support conceptual, schematic, and detailed cost estimates
Perform quantity takeoffs, cost modeling, and pricing analysis
Prepare proposal scopes, clarifications, and supporting documentation
Coordinate with engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
Assist in reviewing drawings, specifications, and scope gaps
Maintain organized estimate files and support bid deadlines
Communicate clearly to ensure scope alignment and pricing accuracy
Qualification
Required
0–5+ years of experience in estimating, preconstruction, project engineering, or a related role
(Relevant construction or engineering degree will also be considered)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with solid organizational abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
Eagerness to learn and grow within preconstruction and estimating
