Responsibilities

Draft, review, and revise transaction documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and closing statements

Prepare and organize closing binders, ensuring all documents are properly executed and filed

Manage due diligence: title/survey review, zoning/environmental reports, document checklists, compliance

Act as liaison between internal teams, external counsel, clients, and third-party vendors

Organize and manage the closing process, including schedules, document prep, and fund transfers

Oversee post-closing matters: recordings, obligations tracking, transaction files

Resolve any post-closing issues and ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements

Maintain organized transaction records and regular communications with stakeholders

Required

JD plus 2–3 years commercial real estate legal experience, ideally in a law firm setting

Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ability to maintain composure under pressure

Self-starter capable of delivering high performance independently
