Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot LENEL security systems and other electronic security hardware/software
Perform system upgrades, configurations, and diagnostics
Read blueprints and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installation and wiring
Provide exceptional technical support to clients and internal teams
Maintain clear documentation and service logs
Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and customer requirements
Qualification
Required
LENEL Certified (OnGuard certifications or equivalent)
Minimum 5 years of professional experience with electronic security systems
Strong understanding of IP networking, low voltage wiring, and system integration
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred
Experience with additional platforms (e.g., Genetec, Axis, Bosch, DMP, Software house, Avigilon, Milestone, Honeywell)
Knowledge of access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection integration
Certifications in additional security or networking platforms (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, etc.)
