Supporting various accounting and finance functions
Ensuring accuracy in financial records
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies
Qualification
Required
Strong foundation in Finance and Accounting standards and practices
Proficiency in preparing and interpreting Financial Statements and analyzing financial data
Experience in creating and reconciling Journal Entries and understanding general ledger processes
Excellent Analytical Skills with the ability to identify financial trends and support business decisions
Proficiency in accounting software and tools (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks, SAP or similar)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred
Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
