Responsibilities
Develop and manage a client base by providing protection and retirement solutions
Assess client needs and present appropriate life insurance and retirement solutions clearly and professionally
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through education, follow-up, and high-quality service
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the agency CRM and ensure compliance with regulatory and carrier requirements
Manage personal schedule and performance goals while participating in required training and team meetings
Collaborate with agency leadership on outreach and community engagement initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
Current life and health insurance license issued by the applicant's home state, or willingness and ability to obtain the required licensing (guidance provided)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with empathy and professionalism in client interactions
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a remote schedule and business activities independently
Comfort with technology, including CRM systems, video conferencing, and standard office software; training provided
High school diploma or equivalent and a valid U.S. driver's license
