Responsibilities

Lead SAP S/4HANA transformation programs with a focus on Organizational Change Management (OCM) and change enablement strategies

Develop and implement training strategies, including curriculum design and delivery for SAP projects

Facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops and ensure alignment with SAP Activate methodology

Design communication plans and stakeholder engagement strategies to drive adoption and successful change management

Create and manage content using SAP Enable Now or similar tools for end-user training and enablement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of change initiatives and project goals

Required

Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field

10+ years of experience in SAP programs, including proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects

Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology, Fit-to-Standard workshops, and proficiency with tools like SAP Enable Now for content creation and end-user training
