Responsibilities

Complete our 10-week paid sales training that won a Brandon Hall Group gold award for excellence in Best Advance in Sales Enablement and Performance Tools
Provide a consultative client needs analysis and execute the account strategy as determined by leadership
Monitor developments within designated accounts to identify revenue growth opportunities
Design, develop and present sales proposals and presentations on how to resolve client business challenges
Field-based sales roles have fluidity between home, client location and office locations. The expectation is that you are primarily out in front of clients
Collaborate with other business services support groups to encourage long-term retention
Track and report on client account trends for leadership to leverage

Required

Experience: Three or more years of sales experience exceeding revenue quota
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Technical skills: Working knowledge of computer networking, LAN, WAN and high-capacity and fiber-connected networks; Extensive product and technical knowledge
Skills: Networking, relationship-building, negotiating, closing and interpersonal English communication skills
Abilities: Quick learner with the ability to multitask in a team environment working within required deadlines
Availability: Travel to and from assigned territories and company facilities. Valid driver's license

Preferred

Three or more years of experience exceeding revenue quotas selling data, voice or video solutions
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience using Salesforce
Proficient in Microsoft Office
