Responsibilities
Serving as the first point of contact at reception for guests, employees, prospects, and customers—setting a warm, welcoming tone for everyone who enters the office
Overseeing day-to-day office operations, including coordinating soft services, supporting our food program, and ensuring the space is always functional and ready to use
Identifying and solving real-time issues in the physical office quickly and thoughtfully
Owning small- to medium-sized internal events and collaborating cross-functionally on larger, external events
Identifying and implementing incremental improvements to enhance the overall office experience over time
Qualification
Required
