Responsibilities

Lead and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive growth and expand market share within the Home Fragrance and Personal Care categories

Develop and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development

Oversee the sales pipeline, forecasting revenue trends, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets

Negotiate high-value contracts and agreements, balancing customer needs with company profitability

Provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction to the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration
