Responsibilities
Support Head Teller: Assist in leading the teller team, including scheduling and training
Achieve Department Goals: Meet and exceed sales and service targets
Ensure Compliance and Security: Maintain a high level of security and adhere to all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
Manage Financial Operations: Assist with the oversight of cash supplies, order and verify cash, and balance accounts for miscellaneous sales items
Provide Member Support: Assist tellers and members with questions, resolve disputes, and handle complex issues
Perform Teller Duties: Execute all daily teller functions and maintain necessary records
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
6 months' cash handling experience
Financial institution knowledge / experience is helpful but not required
