Responsibilities
Plan tolling activity within our Precious Metals Refining business, ensuring materials are moved in a timely manner, metal accountability meets business requirements, new requests and changes are quickly managed, and inventories and operational resources are optimized
Support the set-up and execution of SAP transactions to support tolling activity
Maintain and enhance tools and databases used to support Supply Chain Management processes
Positively engage and coordinate with cross-functional members of the team to enable end-to-end process efficiencies
Summarize and visualize findings and opportunities, so they may be effectively shared throughout the organization to increase transparency and improve profitability
Lead cross-functional discussions to resolution, develop standard business practices, and translate customer needs into realistic supply chain offerings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Technology or Business Management
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills, as well as interpersonal, negotiation, influencing and networking skills
Strong data analysis & data management skills, experience with data management tools, and distilling data into information
Preferred
Advanced knowledge of SAP in relation to Production Planning, Purchasing, Order and Inventory Management, Material and Plant Set-up, and Logistics Execution
Experience using Microsoft Collaboration and Analytics tools, such as Power BI
