Responsibilities

Organize and maintain property listings, client databases, and CRM systems

Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and property showings

Coordinate client follow-ups, feedback requests, and email communications

Manage day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently

Track performance, optimize spend, and report on ROI

Track and report on analytics for email campaigns and website traffic

Create geo-targeted ads across Facebook, Instagram, and Google

Design and send targeted postcards to reach buyers and sellers directly

Write SEO-friendly blog posts or articles for the website to increase organic traffic

Ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms

Assist with the organization of in-person client events and community outreach efforts

Collect and analyze feedback from clients to improve services

Brainstorm and execute unique ideas for building client loyalty and fostering long-term relationships
