Special Investigations Unit Analyst

Responsibilities

Ability to research, document and disseminate information obtained through open-source intelligence and other databases
Collaborate with SIU investigators and claims representatives on claims investigations
Conduct objective, fair, thorough, unbiased and timely investigations
Conduct and document thorough interviews when necessary
Prepare detailed, concise results of investigations
Appear as a witness and provide testimony at trials and dispositions
Attend courses, seminars and continuing education specific to investigations
Obtain industry certifications related to investigations
Maintain a professional atmosphere and appearance while interacting with all stakeholders
Maintain a positive attitude
Maintain company property in good working order, request new equipment and secure authorization of repairs
Maintain good working relationship with all stakeholders
Knowledge and proficiency in the use of analytical/investigative tools and databases such as Accurint, CLEAR, ISO Claims Search, PACER, Skopenow, Ontic, etc
Regular and predictable attendance
Performs other duties as assigned

College degree or equivalent
