Responsibilities
Oversee the entire installation process of granite and quartz surfaces, from templating to final installation
Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Conduct site visits for templating and pre-installation assessments
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met
Supervise and manage installation crews and subcontractors
Provide hands-on training to staff to improve technical skills and installation techniques
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
Evaluate team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
Ensure all installations meet company standards and client expectations
Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues promptly and professionally
Plan and schedule installation jobs efficiently to maximize productivity
Manage inventory and ensure necessary materials and tools are available for each job
Communicate scheduling updates and changes to relevant stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in granite/quartz fabrication and installation
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using project management tools and software is a plus
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
