Responsibilities
Engage, assess, and hire top talent to support mission
Manage candidate relationships, conduct interviews, perform assessments, and make job offers
Collaborate with Sourcing to develop and execute recruiting strategies that attract high-quality candidates
Ensure that the business is equipped with effective processes and information to support successful hiring
Qualification
Required
Deep understanding of labor market trends, competitor activity, and industry benchmarks to inform strategic sourcing and recruiting decisions
Ability to partner with business leaders to anticipate and plan for hiring needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Familiarity with employment assessment tools and their appropriate application in the selection process
Expertise in employer branding and talent management practices to position as an employer of choice
Proficiency in AI tools and data-driven technologies, with the ability to leverage these for process efficiency and strategic decision-making
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform recruitment strategies and hiring decisions
High level of empathy and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders and candidates
Commercial acumen and a broad understanding of business operations, with the ability to align talent acquisition efforts to business strategy
Readiness to manage and embrace change as talent acquisition and business environments evolve
Ability to assess business challenges and partner with leaders to develop innovative talent solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to articulate ideas clearly and influence stakeholders
Serve as a trusted advisor, engaging in workforce planning and aligning talent acquisition efforts with business objectives
Employ a consultative mindset, collaborating with business units to address hiring challenges and deliver solutions
Demonstrate agility and adaptability in response to changing business needs, market conditions, and talent trends
Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic, even during periods of high demand or challenging circumstances
Take initiative to identify opportunities, solve problems, and engage with business and industry stakeholders
Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally within a fast-paced, dynamic industry
Track record of developing and executing recruiting strategies aligned to business objectives
Experience partnering with business leaders on workforce planning and organizational talent needs
Demonstrated ability to utilize data and technology to drive recruitment outcomes
Experience with employer branding, talent management, and assessment tools is highly advantageous
Prior exposure to transformation and change management initiatives in HR or talent acquisition functions is preferred
