Guides the team and department on how to use scrum practices and values
Maintains backlogs, dashboards and sprints. Runs sprint standup, backlog grooming and planning meetings
Works closely with the business owners and projects managers to communicate project status, team capacity and blocking issues
Responsible for multiple simultaneous development streams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Must be a certified AGILE Scrum Master
Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience
Requires robust, hands on experience using Azure Devops or other Agile project management tools for Agile and SCRUM project management
Requires excellent communication and coaching skills
Must be adept at task refinement, story splitting, agile estimating, retrospections and other Scrum techniques
Preferred
Experience as a software developer is a strong plus
Experience with PowerBI is a plus
