Lead a fast-moving, collaborative effort focused on aligning and activating state and local climate leadership
Work closely with governors, mayors, and senior partners across sectors
Shape how U.S. subnational leaders engage both domestically and internationally
Build a coalition through strategic partnerships with global allies
Set direction, build a high-performing team, and advance coordinated action in a complex political landscape
Qualification
Required
Experience in climate-related work
Deep familiarity with state government and/or mayoral leadership
Strong relational credibility with senior leaders and funders
Experience working in or alongside large coalitions or networks
Ability to operate in ambiguity
Ability to synthesize complex input
Ability to translate strategy into action
Preferred
International engagement experience
