Application Support Lead – Auto Finance
Scalence L.L.C. is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead their ServiceNow and Application Support team in the Auto Finance sector. The role requires a deep understanding of the auto finance domain and technical expertise in various IT and application support processes.

Responsibilities
Lead the ServiceNow and Application Support team in the Auto Finance sector
Provide application support on a rotational basis as needed
Maintain system logs, documentation, and support records
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Extensive knowledge of the Auto Finance Domain
Experience working with Origination Products such as Loan Origination Software, defi Originations, and defi LOS
Proficiency in incident management, ServiceNow, ITIL processes, and change management
Familiarity with monitoring tools like Dynatrace
Strong knowledge of Unix, Windows, and application log analysis
Experience maintaining system logs, documentation, and support records
Solid understanding of database SQL queries and NoSQL databases
Experience with Autosys and job schedulers
Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems
Automation experience in relevant technologies and tools
Willingness to provide application support on a rotational basis as needed
