Responsibilities
The ADA Compliance Support Specialist focuses on eliciting, analyzing, auditing, specifying, and validating the business and accessibility compliance needs of stakeholders, including customers and end-users
This includes ensuring that client's digital assets, facilities, communications, and employee-facing systems align with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
The analyst will work closely with the Usability and Accessibility Manager and ADA Coordinator to support and track accessibility compliance efforts, while applying proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to inform business and technical decisions
The analyst will also serve as a technical liaison to promote usability, compliance, and inclusion across all digital platforms and business processes
Qualification
Required
3+ years of demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in the Information Technology department, with SQL experience
Ability to quickly acquire knowledge related to business operations and product specifications
Proficiency with requirements gathering and analysis techniques
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, facilitation & communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a highly collaborative team
Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines
Preferred
Agile, Waterfall flexibility
Experience working cross-departmentally with various stakeholders
Familiarity with ADA Compliance
Knowledge of Client Programs
