Switchboard Operator
Apolis is a company seeking a Switchboard Operator to manage incoming calls and assist with communication needs. The role involves answering calls, maintaining phone extensions, and supporting the executive team with various phone-related tasks.

Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls 80-100 per day per operator
Maintain available extension for Teams users – Cisco/ORM users
Remove extension for separations
Assign new extensions for all new hires
Voicemail set ups
Archibus set up
Inform manager of new extension
Send VM instructions to new hire
Work with Cisco team for all phone issue support
Create tickets in SAP for port activations or any service needed for a phone
Maintain database in Archibus phone directory
Screen all calls for the executive team on 15T
Work with the admins on 15 on this issue
Work very closely with the OCA team
IRATE callers
All Coupon callers and questions about our product
Receive calls that come in on the phone support help desk. X3777
Calls to change and reset passwords for voice mail
Calls for phones not working properly
Dead ports that need service tickets created
Internal calls with questions of who to call on campus for many things e.g. ball games, locked offices
Qualification
