Responsibilities
Coordinate with subject-matter experts to satisfy compliance obligations and Environmental Requirements
Manage environmental and construction consultants that support the overall site delivery
Identify and mitigate issues related to environmental compliance during construction
Support regulatory agency, stakeholder, and community engagement activities for new builds
Communicate environmental requirements and expertise to diverse stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of environmental regulations at the federal, state, and local levels
5+ years of environmental permitting or compliance and approvals experience in America, including management of environmental impact assessments, acquisition of permits, and cultural and ecological surveys and approvals
5+ years of program and project management experience in America, including permit timeline development, cross coordination amongst disciplines, contracting and leading consultant teams, driving deliverables to the business, etc
Solid Experience with mission critical facilities or large-scale Data Center construction projects
Preferred
Experience in environmental compliance management within the construction industry
Familiarity with environmental requirements such as stormwater, wetlands, and air compliance
Strong communication skills for diverse internal and external stakeholders
