Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex mechanical construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion
Define project scope, schedule, deliverables, and expectations in collaboration with clients
Oversee installation of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with codes and specifications
Manage project costs, including labor, materials, and subcontractors, and implement effective job costing systems
Negotiate purchase orders, review submittals, and ensure all project specifications are met
Prepare and present monthly progress and cost reports to stakeholders
Build and maintain long-term client, contractor, and vendor relationships
Lead and mentor field personnel, emphasizing safety, productivity, and quality
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
10+ years of project management experience in mechanical construction or plumbing
Proven expertise managing large, complex projects with strong focus on budgeting, scheduling, and safety
Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic construction environment
