High Ticket Remote Closer (SDR)

Pluto Labs is seeking an experienced high-ticket closer to manage sales for a $10K program aimed at helping local service businesses attract more clients through Instagram ads and a simple CRM system. The role involves conducting sales calls with pre-qualified leads, following a proven script, and maintaining CRM records while also engaging in prospecting activities.

Responsibilities

Take 1–3+ qualified sales calls per day (to start)
Maintain clean notes and next steps in the CRM
Work old pipeline (no-shows, “think about it,” etc.) to bring deals back to the table
Hit and report on core KPIs:
Show rate
Close rate
Cash collected per call

Required

Proven experience closing $5K–$20K+ offers over Zoom/phone
Comfortable asking for $10K and holding the line on value
Track record of 30%+ close rates on qualified calls
Strong objection handling
US BASED
Reliable internet and quiet environment for calls
Self-managed: you don't need hand-holding to show up and do the work

Preferred

Experience selling to local business owners (contractors, home services, medspa, etc.)
Familiarity with Instagram/Meta ads or online marketing offers
