Network180 is a behavioral health community organization responsible for the delivery of mental health and substance abuse treatment services in Kent County. They are seeking an Administrative Assistant for their Case Management department to provide centralized administrative support and assist with various office duties.

Perform a variety of duties to provide administrative and staff support

Serve as back-up to the Welcoming Specialist AA in Access Center

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

At least two years of experience providing clerical or administrative support, and/or customer service in an office environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Excellent customer service skills

Demonstrated attention to detail

Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for job related use

Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valued

Preferred

Demonstrated ability to type 45 words per minute, accurately and consistently
