Sales Director

They are seeking a results-driven Sales Director to lead their North American sales efforts, focusing on driving revenue through direct and channel sales while supporting their subscription-based business model.

Responsibilities
Own all aspects of sales execution across North America, including direct enterprise accounts and channel partner performance
Work closely with Account Executives and Partners to actively support deals, drive pipeline growth, and close new business
Lead from the front—personally engage in high-value opportunities and develop strong relationships with key accounts
Translate global strategy into actionable regional plans that reflect the needs and dynamics of the North American market
Manage and coach a team of Account Executives and Business Development Reps; provide real-time feedback, mentoring, and hands-on deal support
Guide partners on sales execution, pipeline development, and conversion of existing customers to subscription-based models
Track, forecast, and report on sales performance using our CRM; ensure data accuracy and visibility across all levels
Ensure consistent sales processes, territory coverage, and customer engagement practices across the team
Support account planning, pricing, and deal strategy to maximize bookings and customer lifetime value
Partner with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align go-to-market efforts with business priorities
Drive new customer acquisition while also ensuring strong renewal and expansion within the existing base
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
8–10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with at least 3+ years in a sales leadership role
Proven ability to lead teams in a quota-carrying, fast-paced B2B environment
Experience selling SaaS or subscription-based solutions; architecture, engineering, or construction tech industry experience preferred
Strong coaching and mentoring skills; enjoys working side-by-side with reps to win business
Hands-on operator who's comfortable jumping into deals, driving tactical execution, and influencing outcomes
Skilled in CRM usage, pipeline management, and sales forecasting
Passion for building customer relationships and growing market share in a competitive space
Preferred
Experience selling SaaS or subscription-based solutions; architecture, engineering, or construction tech industry experience preferred
Familiarity with Challenger sales or other consultative methodologies is a plus
