Responsibilities
Prepare and present financial statements; ensure audit readiness
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
Implement robust internal controls and oversee payroll certification
Ensure tax compliance (VAT, CIT, DIOT) and maintain digital tax infrastructure (CFDI, SAT)
Support operational readiness for banking, payroll, and intercompany funding
Collaborate with Commercial, Treasury, HR, Legal, and IT to align financial practices and drive efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
4–6 years of financial management experience in multinational or industrial settings
Strong knowledge of Mexican tax regulations and statutory reporting
Fluent in Spanish and English
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
