Responsibilities
Develop relationships, maintain regular contact, and resolve issues with referral sources including physicians, hospitals, healthcare providers, community facilities, nursing facilities, senior housing, and community service agencies to ensure ongoing quality of care and referrals
Identify, plan, and implement opportunities for outreach activities including giving presentations, providing informational luncheons, staffing display tables at community events, attending open houses and making regular visits to physician offices
Provide regular written and/or oral reports of outreach activities to the Director of Home Health
Planning and executing strategic initiatives aimed at growing and developing the programs implemented by the agency
Qualification
Preferred
Minimum two years of marketing experience in health care setting
Home health care/home health experience
