Lead audit engagements from planning through completion, maintaining direct involvement in all phases of the audit

Work closely with managers and partners to tailor audit approaches to each client’s business

Supervise, review, and support staff and interns, providing real-time feedback and guidance

Perform risk assessments and design practical audit plans aligned with client operations

Execute substantive testing and analytical procedures and resolve audit issues as they arise

Review workpapers for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to professional standards

Communicate directly with client management regarding audit progress, questions, and findings

Manage engagement timelines and budgets with an emphasis on quality and efficiency

Maintain clear, well-organized audit documentation

Stay current on accounting and auditing standards relevant to privately held and middle-market clients
