Responsibilities

To assist with overseeing the overall physical security, locking devices, alarm and monitoring systems for all UAB buildings
To assist with the design, installation, testing, servicing and preventative maintenance of all alarm systems, card access systems, Closed Circuit Television Systems (CCTV), lock hardware and compliance level of electrical codes
To assist with the design, installation and maintenance of keying and security systems as needed
To maintain knowledge of current security devices and department related computer technology

Required

High School diploma or GED
Ability to successfully complete a company provided training program within the first year of hire
Must be at least 21 years of age
Three years of driving experience maintaining an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
Possession of a valid US driver's license

Preferred

One (1) year of related experience strongly preferred
