Responsibilities
Lead a team through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers
Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
Understand Microsoft’s strategic and competitive position as part of the Microsoft 365 Copilot initiative and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry
Maximize for speed, effectiveness + efficiency, & learning in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm
Identify and initiate opportunities for new areas
Create trusted partnerships and working relationships, within our team and across Microsoft. And, partner with cross-company leaders to ensure successful delivery of the product roadmap
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product management or software development + OR equivalent experience
Experience building products in the AI space, including practical knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and their real-world applications
5+ years of product management experience including building and scaling API-driven and enterprise software products
Experience prototyping and experimenting with emerging AI use cases, translating technical possibilities into customer value
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years of experience in product management or software development + OR equivalent experience
Product management experience across both consumer and enterprise domains
Technical experience with understanding of API architecture and integration patterns
Demonstrated experience successfully launching and scaling enterprise API products
