Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize TikTok paid ad campaigns across multiple client accounts
Build and manage TikTok Shop strategies to increase conversions and revenue
Analyze performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, AOV, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly
Develop scalable ad account structures, testing frameworks, and budget strategies
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align ads with broader ecommerce goals
Stay up to date on TikTok Ads Manager updates, trends, and best practices

Required

2+ years of hands-on experience managing TikTok Ads for ecommerce brands

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
Comfortable communicating results and strategy with clients

Preferred

Experience working with multiple clients or agencies preferred
Experience with Shopify and ecommerce analytics tools
Knowledge of attribution models and full-funnel ad strategies
Agency experience or performance marketing background
