Innovien Solutions is seeking a forward-thinking, detail-oriented Epic Beacon Analyst who is passionate about leveraging technology to drive improved patient outcomes. This individual will serve as a critical bridge between clinical, operational, and technical teams to ensure Epic’s Beacon tools are optimized to support Oncology care initiatives.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and maintain Epic Beacon workflows, treatment plans, and reports to support oncology care delivery

Partner with oncology clinicians, pharmacy, operational leaders, and IT teams to align Epic Beacon functionality with clinical and organizational goals

Support Beacon implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives, including workflow refinement and performance improvements

Translate oncology business and clinical requirements into technical build and configuration within Epic

Perform data analysis and reporting to support operational efficiency, clinical quality, and oncology program initiatives

Collaborate across a matrixed environment including oncology services, pharmacy, nursing, informatics, scheduling, and external vendors

Participate in Epic upgrade planning, testing, validation, and deployment activities

Required

Must have Epic Beacon Certification

2+ years of hands-on Epic Beacon experience doing system builds, configuration, and ongoing support of oncology workflow

Experience supporting Beacon implementations and optimization efforts, including initial setup, workflow improvements, and post–go-live troubleshooting

Strong understanding of oncology clinical workflows, such as chemotherapy ordering, pharmacy verification, infusion scheduling, and treatment administration

Ability to collaborate effectively with clinicians, pharmacy, nursing, operations, IT, and informatics teams to translate and communicate clinical needs into Epic solutions

Experience with Epic reporting and analytics tools (Reporting Workbench and/or SlicerDicer) with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
