Responsibilities

Serve as the primary administrator for the HubSpot platform, including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub
Maintain system integrity by managing workflows, user permissions, lists, lead scoring models, forms, landing pages, and integrations
Monitor, manage, and improve the performance of email campaigns, automation sequences, and customer journeys
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams to ensure proper data flow and user alignment
Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and data governance (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
Oversee and manage data imports, segmentation, deduplication, and enrichment processes
Train team members and end users on HubSpot tools, features, and best practices
Evaluate and implement new HubSpot features and integrations as needed
Support campaign measurement, attribution modeling, and marketing dashboard reporting using HubSpot and BI tools (Tableau)
Troubleshoot technical issues and work with HubSpot support as needed
Manage and document custom objects, properties, and system changes
Own and maintain HubSpot data architecture, including custom objects, object relationships, and ERD level design
Design, manage, and optimize SQL-based reporting logic and advanced data models to support revenue, pipeline, and lifecycle reporting
Lead HubSpot integrations strategy, including native integrations, custom API integrations, and no-code tools such as Zapier or middleware platforms
Serve as a subject matter expert on HubSpot data structure and relational database concepts
Act as an internal HubSpot trainer and enablement lead, supporting onboarding, ongoing education, and best practice adoption across teams
Partner with RevOps, SalesOps, and MarketingOps to design scalable GTM processes inside HubSpot
Proactively audit system usage, automation, and data quality to identify risks and optimization opportunities
Translate complex business requirements into technical HubSpot solutions across multiple hubs

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Systems, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
HubSpot certifications required (at least two): HubSpot Marketing Software Certification, HubSpot Sales Software Certification, HubSpot CRM Implementation Certification, HubSpot Operations Hub Software Certification
3+ years of hands-on experience managing HubSpot as a system administrator
Experience working with marketing automation tools, CRMs, and B2B sales environments
Demonstrated experience designing and managing HubSpot data models, including custom objects and complex associations
Working knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts required
Proven experience building and supporting complex HubSpot integrations using APIs, webhooks, or middleware tools
Experience supporting multi-hub environments that span CRM, Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS, and Operations Hub
Strong understanding of marketing and sales operations, workflows, and lead lifecycle
Excellent technical proficiency in the HubSpot ecosystem
Proficient in data analysis, list management, and segmentation strategies
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot platform issues and provide scalable solutions
Ability to interpret complex requirements and translate them into technical execution
High attention to detail and strong documentation skills
Collaborative and responsive communicator
Able to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong change management and user adoption mindset

Preferred

Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM integrations a plus
Experience acting as a HubSpot enablement lead or trainer strongly preferred
Experience with API integrations and webhooks a plus
