Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of products including Cowboy boots, workwear, and western/fashion apparel
Proficiency in Retail Sales with the ability to drive sales and achieve targets
Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to create positive shopping interactions
Effective Communication skills for team collaboration and assisting customers
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred
Previous retail experience or a background in sales is beneficial
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills are a plus
