Completion of an American Bar Association approved paralegal program; OR successful completion of the Certified Paralegal (CP) examination of the National Association of Legal Assistants, Inc.; OR an associate's degree or higher from an accredited U.S. college or university, or a certified foreign studies equivalency in paralegal studies (J.D. degree qualifies)

Legal secretarial, clerical, or investigative experience is not qualifying
