They are seeking a Grounds Supervisor to oversee the Grounds department, ensuring efficient operations and maintenance of the property while contributing to guest satisfaction through horticultural knowledge.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the supervision of the Grounds department including: Assigning daily staff work daily, interviewing, training and directing staff for the purpose of maintaining Canyon Ranch and associated properties, educating staff in completing assignments ensuring the highest productivity and efficiency, coordinating grounds work cooperating with other departments, acquiring equipment and providing necessary supplies for efficient and cost effective completion of assigned work, care and maintenance of all trails on property

Oversees the care of gardens, trees and turf management, as well as pruning removal and planting or new or replacement trees and contributes to on-going guest satisfaction by communicating horticultural knowledge

Partners closely with management

Actively demonstrates Canyon Ranch service standards and Ethos principles with staff and guests
