Assist with defining test scenarios for Systems Acceptance Testing and support Business Acceptance testing activities
Perform root cause analysis when issues arise before and after code migrations
Assist with training, mentoring and coaching new associates
Committed to Agile values, pillars, and priorities to fortify your Agile squad
Qualification
Required
BS or BA Required
5 - 7 years of Business Analysis experience required
At least 5 years of direct experience with Health & Welfare Annual Enrollment
5 - 7 of experience in Health & Welfare benefits outsourcing with exposure to flexible benefits, benefits outsourcing record keeping system configuration and implementation
The ability to critically analyze sophisticated business requirements/product issues
Demonstrable understanding of Client end to end business process life cycle, data process flows, and plan level provisions is desired
Proficient understanding of core product mechanics, record keeping systems and regulatory environment
Critical thinking skills and initiative; ability to think across Agile Squads and product categories
Ability to function at a high level in an exciting Agile work environment
Deep technical skills and an ability to apply them in an analytical process
Strong organizational skills to define and meet deadlines within an Agile squad structure
Advanced skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Access
