Responsibilities
Acts as a liaison between Lenders, Clients and third parties to obtain and maintain documents required for new and existing loan underwriting and depository relationships
Reviews documents which support underwriting such as organizational documents, title commitments, financial statements, appraisals, and construction draw documentation
Support the Lending Officer(s) in monitoring HMDA and CRA reporting
Maintain knowledge of the Bank's Loan Policy to ensure accuracy of loan presentations and of documentation
Facilitate loan documentation and coordinate and conduct loan closings
Open business accounts and review daily account activity reports
Manage financial and collateral exceptions of assigned portfolio within bank standards
Generate deposit account documentation and maintain knowledge of Treasury Management services
Other projects and duties as assigned, including ongoing training and learning
Qualification
Required
3+ years of prior experience with processing and closing commercial loans for middle market clients, and high level of client interaction
Ability to prioritize competing tasks and exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
High level of responsiveness and follow-through with both internal and external customers
Strong problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness in finding solutions and answering challenges
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business preferred
Experience in the FIS Horizon banking platform and Baker Hill preferred
