Minimum of 5 years of Personal Injury experience

In-depth knowledge of California state and federal court rules and procedures

Strong research, writing, and communication skills

Experience with case management and legal document management software

Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Paralegal certification preferred

Spanish speaking is preferred but not necessary
