Project Manager (Water/Wastewater Infrastructure)
Enscicon Corporation is a construction firm providing general contracting, design-build and construction management services to various sectors including water/wastewater, energy and power. They are seeking a Project Manager to lead complex civil and mechanical projects, manage multi-million-dollar projects, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring high standards for safety and quality.

Responsibilities
Work closely with preconstruction teams to develop and refine project budgets, cost models, and early planning documents
Manage the procurement and subcontracting process, including scope definition, bid evaluations, and agreement execution for specialty trades
Determine and coordinate required submittals, deliverables, and quantities for estimates and client packages
Participate in hiring and onboarding project staff and subcontractors critical to project success
Oversee daily project operations, documentation, and communication, escalating risks or issues as needed
Maintain and update project schedules, milestones, and closeout requirements throughout the life of the job
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure equipment, materials, and labor are available on schedule—especially for mechanical/electrical process equipment typical in water projects
Monitor team performance and track results against established metrics and goals
Lead change management by identifying scope modifications, issuing notices, pricing impacts, tracking approvals, and negotiating adjustments with owners or engineers
Interpret contract requirements to ensure clarity on scope, risk items, deliverables, and budget constraints
Contribute to pre-award planning, including scope reviews, design coordination, and estimating support
Prepare regular project updates for internal leaders, including progress summaries, cost reports, and recommended corrective actions
Track cost, schedule, and financial performance throughout all project phases using standard construction management tools and reporting systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical field
Approximately 5–10 years of experience, with increasing responsibility on projects such as pump stations, treatment facilities, lift stations, or similar mechanical/civil utility work
Strong working knowledge of estimating, field operations, project controls, and overall construction management fundamentals
Proficiency in cost forecasting, scheduling, contract administration, risk management, and quality control
Able to interpret technical details and make well-supported decisions in the field and during planning
Familiarity with construction scheduling and project management platforms
