Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills and customer service experience
Ability to multi-task and stay organized
A positive attitude and passion for helping others
Ability to navigate multiple systems while effectively handling calls
Attention to detail and accuracy when documenting information
Be able to pass Canadian Property Casualty and Accident and Health licensing exams
