Responsibilities

Develop and execute tailored account plans for strategic BioPharma customers (initiatives, target personas, action plans, account mapping) in partnership with regional commercial teams to accelerate site level adoption and market share gains
Drive global sales funnel and revenue growth across priority BioPharma accounts, using data driven pipeline management and rigorous opportunity reviews to achieve quarterly and annual targets
Build and nurture senior level relationships (scientific leadership, strategic sourcing/procurement) and serve as executive sponsor to unlock multisite, multiprogram opportunities and long-term partnerships
Set clear expectations, establishing KPIs, and fostering a culture of performance, accountability, collaboration, and professional growth
Work across Danaher Life Sciences operating companies to develop joint account strategies and workflow solutions, leveraging the Danaher Business System (DBS) for continuous improvement and customer value

Required

8+ years' progressive experience in commercial life science roles
Prior experience in strategic partnership/key account management in the life science industry is required
Comprehensive understanding of the life sciences industry, products, and services
Experienced working in matrix organizations with a cross-functional mindset
Bachelor's degree in a life science field, with an advanced degree (M.S., Ph.D.) in a STEM discipline being a strong plus
Ability to travel – 50% overnight, within territory or locations
Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
